Please order from on line shop basically.
In following case, please order from order form at “Contact” page.
・ If there is no stock.
・ If you want to change the color.
- Payment
The payment is made via Paypal by credit card,
or via Wire Transfer (Yen-based).

- Shipping
Postage Free
Standard shipping is via EMS.
It takes about 2-5days.
Neez International is not responsible for any packages once in transit.
Please carefully check all packages before accepting delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to receive the package at the given address.
If a package arrives damaged, refuse delivery and contact EMS.
- TAX
The customer have to pay custom and consumption tax by country.
Please ask to Custom of your country.
- Returns
Returns will not be accepted for all order− no exceptions will be made.

Important notice (matching)
・ NEEZ wheels are made and suited for Japanese standard specification.
The standard specification can be different by countries in which you bought.
・ If you have done major service especially at brake rotor or caliper or fender (ex. Carbon rotor, BREMBO caliper).
If you cannot put our wheel to your car caused by the problem of above writings, we will not accept your return.
If you worry about the matching of our wheels and your car, please contact us once.
